IT by Stephen King, definitely.
I saw it as a 7 year old.
I thought it was gonning be fun because there were clowns in it.
It wasn't fun. Quite the opposite. Because of the movie I still flip when I see clowns.
Even little kids dressed as clowns are terrifying to me.
Yeah... I'm that traumatized. <

Candyman 1,2 & 3
I watched it when I was a little kid and had nightmares for a really long time.
The most disturbing (but not at all scary) film I've seen recently has to be 5150 rue des ormes (5150 elm's way), its a canadian/french psychological thriller. a true mindfuck, i must say. i love it!

YES! I saw it when I was five and was terrified of taking a shower by myself for years.
Our parents are awesome aren't they? Letting us watch movies that scar us for life haha

i think a lot of people would say human centipede though i've never watched it :/ aha but toons of movies have scared me- the mummy, king cobra, the bone collector, paranormal activity 1&2, & Scream, which i watched when i was just a kid!!!

Saw I is super-disturbing, too... I'm not usually disgusted or scared while watching horror movies, but damn, this one is beyond creepy! Especially the key-behind-the-eye scene... (youtube.com/watch?v=d286UG0NdVg)
