I am a big fan of tattoos and piercings, though I am too young to have any tattoos yet.
I have 3 piercings in each ear and my lip pierced and i'm stretching my ears (or as some call it "gauging" my ears and i'm at a 7/16" right now going to a 1/2"). I really want an industrial piercing and a septum piercing.. and possibly another lip piercing.
For tattoos I love sleeve tattoos and many other places.
What are your opinions on these kinds of piercings/ tattoos or really any tattoos and piercings in general?
oh and I would love to see any pictures of your piercings and tattoos :D

I think tattoos and piercings can be lovely, I have had lots of piercings(two currently) And I have two tattoos :) I'm saving up for more! Some say its hard to find work when you are tattooed or pierced in visible places, but I guess that depends where you look for work. I don't think someone with a full body tattoo could easily get a job as a ..lawyer. Other than that I get stared at occasionally, but I don't think about it anymore. Just promise me you'll give it a little thought and go to a decent tattoo artist! Don't ever go anywhere cheap just because you don't have enough money, you'll regret it. Its not only infections and all that, but the tattoo will probably turn out crappy.

Hi guys! I can definitly say that NIN is absolutly right .. Its so important to think a lot about your future-tattoo. About which artist, where and on and on ... and Im also not very keen on Tattoos which you chose from a Book or when you use an image. Its a Tattoo ARTIST - so he should be able drawing something specially for you :)
I have a tattoo on my rips (its an anatomic heart and out of it grow poppy flowers) - it was my first one (not a very nice place for the first one - it hurt a loooot) ... I love this place because this tattoo has a rather deep meaning and I definitly dont want everyone to see it ... My second one is a peacockfeather on the inside of my upper arm .. Shortly after I got the german meaning for "little sister" done .. I though about it a lot because now everyone can see them but its still possible hiding them :)
To be honest Im already saving up for other ideas ...
Piercings: I got a microdermal done on my chest .. mhmm in the beginning it was fine but Im really getting annoyed by it because from time to time it gets rather bitchy and grows out a little bit - then i push it back and so on .. With these kind of piercings its difficult because not everyone can and wants to do them or takes them out!!! So please overthink it!!!
Im parttime bartender in a rather expensive restaurant and its possible hiding my tattoos - so no problems with it - but I think you should wait with tattoos definitly until your 18 :-)

Okay, right now I'm at the point that I still want a tattoo. And for over 4 years I want the same sentence, so that should be fine. And also i think enough thinking time :p
So. I think that my tat is coming this summer! After my first one, I will be obsessed I think.
I had my lips pierced, had 2 in my lip, but I took them out last year. I had them for over 4 years.
I have stretched ears, currently they are 14mm, and I don't have plans atm to stretch them bigger.
This size is perfect. Next to the gauges I have 1 lobe. So 4 piercings in total right now.
I'm planning to get a helix done and I still want a tragus too. Oh and maybe a dermal.
The only problem is money.
I just love tats and piercings....

i reeeeeally wanna get my septum done-i think i'll do that once i turn 18 this summer. i like piercings, but i can't find any that i think would look good on myself..haha
i've been interested in getting a tattoo for a while now. i want it to be something meaningful, and representative of the hard times in my life & getting through them.

I have 12 tattoos.. I started with 1, went to 3, was supposed to stop at 6 and somehow ended up with 12.. I really hate when people say things against tattoos in terms of them being terrible and a taboo thing that you should never get - I really believe they're an expression of oneself.. I also really hate when people say "but what are you going to do when you have kids and get older?" - last time I checked, having tattoos hasn't stopped people having kids and getting older! they're ink - it's not like they detrimentally change you as a person and affect your ability to do everything.. I've worked and am currently working for a high end luxury fashion house and I don't hide my visible tattoos - luckily enough my workplace has nothing against them - but seriously, don't let someone/people tell you not to get one - if you truely want one and know that it's something that you can wear with pride (whether it's visible or not), then get one

Kids are only as judgmental as their parents :)
I leafed through a book of tribal tattoos from Eastern Europe, tons of old old ladies with tattooed arms, it was freaking awesome! I want to be wrinkly and tattooed too.

I think you would look good with a septum, in fact I have never seen anyone look ugly with one ^^

I only have two piercings in each earlobe but I want an industrial piercing in my right ear and another lobe piercing and helix in my left, as well as 3 tattoos - wings on my back, a heart with music notes on my chest and a nordic anklet. I'm scared of needles though so I need to get the courage to get them

I love looking at tattoos, I think they can be beautiful. I want to get a pair of quotation marks on the back of my neck in white ink, probably over the summer. It's super simple, but it would be meaningful to me ^^

I have two piercings in each ear (both in the earlobe) although I don't like having my second one anymore so I'm hoping it will grow over. I haven't got any tattoos. I might get a small one one day but it would have to be something really meaningful to me. I'm terrified of needles so it may take me a while to get one haha

I've been thinking about getting a tattoo and I've known for years what kind of tattoo I would get, but I have no idea why it is so difficult to go and get an appointment :D

I wanna get a subtle tat somewhere on my chest, really not quite sure what yet though.
Also been kind of interested in getting my bottom lip pierced for a while, not sure if I'd suit it though.
