it's so annoying!!!
sometimes, I like to see the hypes that i made and then i notice that lot of them have disappeared, then i have to hype again.
Maybe there is a maximum amount of hypes??

That happened to me as well but I wondered if some people were simply deleting and then reposting their looks? I would hype a look using my ipad and then check on my computer and sometimes they wouldn't be there, wierd!

I HATE SO MUCH WHEN IT HAPPENS! I FEEL LIKE: WRAAAAAAAAAR. I lost 3 hypes from yesterday to today in my last look. :(

Sometimes, when you refresh your computer page right after you hyped someone, the hypes disssppear and you have to rehype. It's happened a few times to me before :(

AArrrghhhhh...today I realized disappearing hypes (again!!!!)...I hyped this guy sooo many times...and all hypes disappeared....had to hype again..wtf:-(

Major thread bump, but, I suspect it's a Javascript error. Before rehyping a look, go to the actual look page and make sure that the hype has actually disappeared. If it has, hit the hype button. If not, then don't worry about it. I've dealt with it pretty much since joining, and, about a month ago, realized what was actually happening. Whenever I'd rehype someone, I was essentially unhyping them.

That does make sense! Going through looks I've hearted yesterday I was surprised to see that they were unhyped, so I rehyped them all; however, when I refreshed the page, they came out unhyped again. I guess it was indeed a Javascript error, like you said. Still, it's really annoying having to rehype a bunch of looks over and over, especially when they're my favorite ones.

Yep, it's pretty frustrating. Doesn't seem to be platform-specific, since it happens with both my Mac and my Dell laptop...
