Can someone help me with my blog?

I have had it a while, and blog as much as I can, but only have 1 fan and little comments/views - could you give me some tips and criticisms of it please? Should I change the layout?

change your template. something more simple and modern.
if you don't have a twitter, get one. it helped me get more followers. tweet about your newest posts.
post once a day or every other day.
posting on Lookbook helped a lot and leaving comments on other people's blog with the address to your blog always helps. i love it when people leave me their blogs to check out.
feature other bloggers, LBers, Etsy sellers, etc. on your blog and link them to the post when you publish it
oh, and have a giveaway and require people to follow your blog as part of their entry into the giveaway. i gained 30 or so followers after my first giveaway and i think i had 10 followers before it.
link to external websites. i.e. other blogs, clothing companies, your favorite LBers.
interview your favorite Lookbookers

Well, I'm not so good at giving advice, but I'll try. The idea is that if you love your blog, it will be loved by others, too. Don't be disappointed if your blog is not so popular or you don't have many fans. Don't be sad! It's not easy to own a blog and you should be proud that you have one. Try to write about popular topics and be pleased with the fans you have. You know, it doesn't matter if your blog doesn't have so many followers... If they're fewer, but faithfull, you should be happy!

Thanks everyone! I'll try to get a new template and layout up once I get the time :) I guess I'll have to be more patient!

I've updated the layout and template - please take another look. I'm not sure if this is it finalised but it's probably better than before!

First of all, i think your sidebar is way too big.
And i get a huge hiphop-wibe off your blogs layout and since i'm no hiphop fan i just popped out again. :p
