I'm not desperately excited. My boyfriend and I will probably go out (he's passing a work education trip to Brussels to be in London with me) but we'll probably just go somewhere local. I don't want to go somewhere that'll be packed and charging twice the price just because it's valentines day.

Lol easy to say if you're not desperately trying to squirrel away all your spare money to put a deposit on a house! We'll probably go to our favourite local Japenese restaurant and I might actually get something different from my usual as it's a special occasion.

I don't think we're really doing anything special. I've never been much into Valentine's day.
One year, my ex got back together with me on the 10th February... then broke up with me again on the 20th. At least I had a happy Valentine's!

i kind of want to wear red and pink because it's a good excuse.
and some sexy lingerie for the evening when my boyfriend's over because, y'know, it's valentine's, do i need another excuse?
but i don't really think of it as a big deal. i don't want jewellery or presents or whatever. i've only made a card because i think he'll probably get me one and it'd be awkward if i hadn't gone to any effort at all x]
