I think they look better on larger breasted women. It can show off their curves without really showing them off. It really depends on how deep you wanted the v. I have a friend who was blessed with rather large funbags and not many styles suit her other than v neck! But she pulls it off so well :-)

I find it better on flat-chested women. Well, people in my country are really conservative so they might find it slutty when you wear plunging necklines. But if you don't have anything to hide, there's nothing to see.

Whatever flatters your figure, some small chested women pull it off well, as do some larger chested women. I have average (b/c cup) breasts and I think they show off my figure nicely
