Spring/autumn because it's cool enough for layering, but not so cold that you have to wear a bulky coat every day :)

I'd wear boots, cardigans, and even coats in the summer just to stay layered. Ha!
Or maybe sleeping all day and just go out at night would be a good way to stay cool. lol!
You won't catch me halfnaked unless I'm at the beach.
