For me; Panic at the Disco, I was really obsessed with them in middle school, haha.
This particular restaurant that my family used to go to a lot when I was little.
When my mom makes chinese pancakes, I used to make it with her when I was little.
Watching Hey Arnold, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Doug, etc

How about you?

When I was younger, me and my sister used to bake muffins and watch Lizzie McGuire every weekend. So eating muffins and watching Lizze McG makes me nostalgic (I don't do that at all though, but if I would, haha)

Cartoon Network! Man, I loved that channel.

Everytime I go to Iceland. I used to live there when I was 2 till I was 7.

And old disneymovies like Aristocats, Beauty & The Beast, Hercules, The Lion King...

watching photos of my exchange-year in ecuador, listening to my boyfriend's & other ecuadorian friends' bands and talkin to some friends i made there, also from all over the world. i just love remembering all thos great moments & situations.. it was just a wonderful time i spent there & i even met my boyfriend there, what is the reason i'll go back next year after my graduation - so you can say this changed my life/plans quite a lot :)

Disneyland!, 90s nick shows like Clarissa explains it all, visiting California (born there and lived there till I was 4), and the best TV show ever: Angela anaconda. I couldn't put it in the 90s nick shows, it needed a category for itself.

I didn't even knew that Pete Doherty existed when I were a little kid, but the Libertines songs What Became of The Likely Lad and Music When The Lights Go Out reminds me of beeing that little kid... I really don't know why, because the texts does not contain anything which is similar to my childhood.

Thunderstorms always remind me of past summers, I dunno why.
And sometimes a particular smell will out of nowhere have me reminiscing about something.

Hearing music that my parents listen to; Jethro Tull, Pink Floyd, the Headstones, Led Zeppelin, Blind Melon, Neil Young, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jeff Beck, Black Sabbath....hearing that stuff in my formative years had a huge effect on my development.

My parents played Neil Young in the delivery room when I was born....the first thing I ever heard was music.

Anything from the early 90s. Especially cartoons.
Also hearing the the really crummy bands I used to kill for like Simple Plan and Sum 41. Well actually I wouldnt call them crappy, but my music tastes have exponentially improved scince those days. I know ALL the lyrics, and just about everything there is to know about those bands. And for some reason...Olvaltine???

I watched rugrats a week or so ago, I totally forgot about how it was all illustrated. I haven't seen colors like that in cartoons in ages.

I remember having (and actively wearing) a giant t-shirt that had Angelica on it saying "I'M THE BOSS" surrounded by cookies, or something. I think this just shows how much of a cool child I was.

Oddly enough, the smell of the paper mill. It was recently closed down in our town, and the sound of the 8,12 and 4 o'clock whistle are soreeeely missed, along with the "putrid" smell it put out. I loved it, because I grew up around the mill. It reminds me of our dripping, falling-in home, and dancing on the street barefoot with the other kids, creating dance moves to Queen songs. ;D

my childhood? tops.

you take the disney movies, My Neighbour Totoro, and every crazy cartoon nobody saw but Kodee & me (AHH!Real Monsters, Whatamess, Rocko's Modern Life.. ;D) and combine it with grooving to 80's music with my mom & brother as a kid, you've got one growing-up to smile and look back on ;)

needless to say, if I die today, I'm satisfied. haha ♥

Standing outside during / just before a sunset on a warm day.

Certain music, Certain films.

When I'm walking through certain places in my hometown whilst playing a specific song on my headphones.

Nostalgia - I love it, but I can also find myself able to fucking hate it sometimes...
