Women: do you think straight men look good with a scarf?

It's funny how opinions seem to vary depending on where people are from. Here in London many men wear a scarf during the winter, it's very normal - particularly in the central area where city boys live and work. I think it's because most people do not use the car but public transportation (train, tube, bus) therefore don't have the comfortable of a proper heating system like those who use the car.

I personally think that wether you're gay or straight, everybody looks good if they can pull off anything :)
why do straight men are afraid of wearing scarfs or wearing pink?
make it fashionable and PULL IT OFF :D

uhm, it really doesn't matter. men have been wearing scarves forever & ever, and it certainly isn't a gay fashion thing. It's a warmth thing.

I wear scarf all the time in the winter anyway. I agree it's not a question of whether you are gay or not but many ignorant men say it is.

I love men with scarves. And our winters are damn cold, so most guys wear them here.

Guys with scarves are hot ! My opinion, and that's not a argument to say, that a guy with a scarf is gay ! oO

scarves are a warmth thing here, I never would have though of thinking of it as associated with gay guys. tons of straight ones here wear it only for fashion.

Uh what?
I have a feeling you actually meant: "do you think straight men look STRAIGHT with a scarf?"
In either case, lulzy question is lulzy.

Heck ya!
Actually I've seen a few guys wearing scarves during winter time. I know my cousin does :P
I don't see why they shouldn't wear one?

A sick man, lying in bed all day coughing and asking someone for food is less attractive and manly than one wearing a scarf.

To re-phrase, I am asking whether hetrosexual men look good when they wear a scarf. I don't really care whether they look straight or gay - I just want to know if women like the look. :]

Haha, so I'm from London and my boyfriend works in the City so I might be a little biased here, but I think scarves look good on pretty much any men... well, if they're generally non-scruffy and clean and all. I actually love the autumn/winter particularly because I think men look much better in coats and scarves than without them!

It probably doesn't get cold enough here to warrant a scarf. Men who wear one in the usual sixty or so degree weather look pretentious.
I've never found scarves comfortable, anyway. I like my neck to be free!

But considering straight men and gay men both look... like men... I don't understand why there would be such a discrepancy that you'd need to ask specifically whether or not straight men look good in a scarf.
Do dudes look good in scarves? Yes.
Can I tell if you are straight or gay when you wear a scarf? Absolutely not.

The discrepancy is simply because a lot of people think scarves only works on gay men. I have read comments that only gay men can pull off certain looks.
Also, I remember the time about 2 years ago some guy and I got into an argument all because of the fact I mentioned I wear a scarf and like it but he launched into a homophobic tirade. Sadly he is not the only one either.

If I had a boyfriend that was willing to be my own personal Ken doll (meaning I get to dress him up, not that he has no genitals), I'd be picky with the scarves I'd put him on, and the way it is put on. I had an ex that did the loop thing, like so:
which I think looks plain st00pid on both males and females. I like scarves casually thrown around the neck y'know. If that makes any sense.
