It's basically a rating system. Click it if you like the look. It also adds the look to your section called "Look I Like" on your profile.

if you mean delete your looks, click at the right hand side *delete look*
if you mean looks you've hyped of other people, go onto the look you want to "unhype" and click hype again, it should turn from blue to black again.
