I just hope he's going to do some interesting pieces for men... But I guess as usual, we won't get much...

Actually, it is said that the collection consists of both female and male garments, quite evenly divided. So I guess you're in luck this time. :)

Straight copy from my blog:
"Alber Elbaz and Lucas Ossendrijver, the two faces behind the french brand Lanvin have now taken on a collaboration wth H&M. We’re talking 30 women’s garments with 15 belonging accessories and about 25 men’s garments with 10 belonging accessories. The prices will be above H&M’s normal prices – which is understandable, of course! I am terribly curious on how this will look, and how Lanvin’s luxurious design aesthetic will manifest itself in something so generic as H&M. I also think it is great that it’s relatively evenly divided between men’s and women’s garment since I appreciated the clothing in the A/W collection for men more than the one for women (even though I loved them both). So who’s running to the store the 23:rd of November? I know I will."

YEEEEEEEAY. Elbaz is one of my fav. designers (; But still, I'm note sure about it. Lanvin&acne worked out, but I think h&m will mess it up again.

I know right, it's like Elbaz is crushing on us Swedes fer sure. ;) First Acne now H&M... Acne and Lanvin worked out pretty well though. We'll see how it goes.

Also: glad there's something else that will be filling out through all the Burberry Prorsum jacket wannabes that will parade around the streets.

I'm really looking forward to the dresses because gosh do they do some gorgeous pieces! I have actually never bought a designer collab at H&M, but I'll def. consider it if my H&M gets them

I'm looking forward to it but, i don't think it can be that great. I was excited for the Lanvin x Acne collab. but that left me severely dissapointed! I did like the Sonia Rykiel collaboration but i didn't love it. I mean, what can you expect for moderate prices? Definitely not the couture that walks down the Parisian runways!

I hope it will not be too much expensive.. I need to keep my money for this! I hope that in Quebec City not a lot of people knows Lanvin will collaborate for H&M... I don't even want to think about the amount of people there will be in the H&M store.

According to the H&M press release, Lanvin said they never wanted to do a mass market line, but said they were excited at the idea of H&M going luxury. This makes me worry that compared to past designer collabs at H&M, this one is going to be pretty expensive.

i have never bought any of the h&m/designer collabs, but i will definitely take a look at this one!
i think it would be really funny if people fight over the clothes, because i have never seen something like this here :D
i can't wait!!

trust me, it will absolutely be impossible to buy something.
last year i got lucky with the collaboration between h&m and Jimmy Choo because one of my mum's best friend is a journalist! but it was absolutely insane, you could see 40year old women jumping on shoe racks and stealing clothes you were resting on the floor between your legs !!
although all of this crazyness was involved it was absolutely worth it
