Michigan D: Not the best place but at least i'll get a slight 'feel' for America. If I like America then I'm going to go to NY next year for a couple of weeks as long as one of my older friends comes with me!

Winter--Sweaters, scarves, trench coats, peacoats(just cute fashionable coats in general) Long thick cardigans, boots, tights, and getting lighter skin because my skin got tan during the summer which I ABSOLUTELY HATE.

well i dont prefer fair skin over brown skin or that sort of thing, especially since i'm multiracial. im not in favor of people frying in the sun or satying in for weeks to change their skin color. however i know what you mean. i got this hideous tan from track. i already have dark tan skin, but when i get darker i turn mahogony red and its SO unfalttering!

if you want a real feel for america, go to a small town! honestly the cities here are like the cities everywhere else in the world. big, expensive, consumer friendly, and crowded with tourists! i've been to london, and on several occasions i thought i was back home in NY.
if you can go, do it :]. the city or upstate? both are beauitful.

Both! We were all thinking a little roadtrip though a couple of states seeing as we should all have our licence's by then and can take turns, some other friends did a month trip through Europe and they really enjoyed that but I fancy somewhere further away.
Hopefully it will be an awesome summer!

cheap plane tickets - always a priority for me. wearing my boots, leather jackets, tall boots, wearing darker colours (I tried to ban dark colours for the summer). there's not really much I'm looking forward too, I hate the cold.

The trench coats, the dresses with socks, skirts with some kind of tights and the colour palette! I personally think Fall/Winter is really great because you get to dress up, but your only going to school or something like that.

im looking forward to wearing exactly what i want to wear to school and not giving a damn what anyone thinks about it. Before i was always to scared of what people might think, but im not anymore. Also i just moved, so im going to a new school. =). They're all going to talk about me anyway, so why not give them something to talk about? =)

I hate winter. I live in Canada and it is FREEZING! I really feel like I can't be stylish during the winter (especially when my days consist of walking through the snow to school and then sitting in unheated classrooms for hours). It's just about piling on sweaters, parkas, and wearing pants every day!
I love fall though! I can't wait to wear tights (I need to buy more!), jackets, cardigans and scarves again! And not being sweaty all the time, haha :P It is sooo humid where I live.

Oh man, I don't think stylish is possible. Walking to school I wear 2 sweaters, a big puffy black coat and not-at-all stylish boots. And cute hats and light scarves do not work! I wear like one HUGE scarf and last winter I actually bought one of those hats with the furry ear flaps. It's terrible looking but it is the only hat that is warm enough!

in winter, I can only wear a super warm jacket over a almost summer-ish or fall outfit since once I get to my school it'd be super warm inside.
Which means.. if I wear skinny jeans I'd have to torture my legs for the 10 minutes I need to walk to school in the winter time.
And boots... stylish boots are almost never warm enough for canadian winters :(
plus i wouldn't want to ruin them with the salt and snow everywhere.

i usually hate winter but for some reason i'm really looking forward to it this year =) i really want a shearling coat (hopefully aviator style too if i can find a good one that's not too expensive!) I'm thinking Burberry Prorsum... loved the boots in that too. And thick woolly knee high/thigh high socks, I saw some in American Apparel and didn't get them but i'm so tempted to go back and get them =D
and HARRY POTTER of course!!!
