The right shade of red lipstick?

I have a fair complexion, dark brown hair and blue eyes. Do you have any suggestions on a shade that will suit me? Has anyone tried Clinique's Different Lipstick "Angel Red"? 4 years ago |

What I think you should do..is go to the mall or whatever, and just hold the stick up to her cheek. I have medium to light skin, and thats what I do. I hope I could help.

I always find that mac lipstick works best in a red shade with a slight tinge of orange... its the shade "lustre"

MACs Russian Red is the best red ever created. Revlon also has a few nice reds.

Haha, I didn't actually buy a red lipstick until today. But this is the one I got! From Estee Lauder. It has more blue undertones in it than it shows in the picture. Anyways. I really like it! Yay!

Thank you! The thing about red lipstick is that if you find the right shade for your skintone your face looks more "alive", so you just have to find the right shade and it wont look "clowny". And to not overdo the eye makeup as well. Judging by your profile picture I would think you would need a shade similar to mine, which is red with a little hint of pink or purple.
