I've always wanted a pen pal, although i did have one when i was about ten, and we wrote to each other about ten year old things. I would like a bit of a mature one, who i can relate to and who will have the same interests as me. 3 years ago |

When I was in forth grade, my teacher had a twin sister that also taught the forth grade so we exchanged letters to people in her class. My penpal and I had some very in-depth conversations about who the cutest guys in Harry Potter were (this was at least two years before the first movie even came out!). We wrote for a few years but eventually it just sort of stopped.
But I would be very interested in having a few pen pals from all over the world! Contact me if you are interested!

I had a friend from nursery who returned to India aged around five, and we sort of became penpals before it slowly petered out once I got into my teenage years. I guess there's a nostlagic, almost romantic, sort of classical conception of penpals.
If anyone would like to hear about my life, I can't promise it'll all be too crazy, then I'm happy to share.

Oh, Oh, I also think this scrap book should conquer ALL the continents! :) I think we need to find some Asians, Africans, and Australasian's.. and Antartica. That may be tricky :D Wait, Woah. All of the continents begin with A...except Europe.

Bearing in mind postage will begin to get a little pricey.
I could get hold of a notebook or a scrap book and then it could be returned to me at the end and i'll put up the pages for everybody to see? How does that sound?

Yeah, make a new thread. There was the travelling Journal (II), but apparently that failed. Lovette, the girl who started it hasn't replied to what I last said to her, but who knows maybe she'll join as well. Anyways, I know she spent a lot of time making the book only for the first (or second?) person to keep it -.- She also made it so she sends it off to person number one, then they send it back, then she sent it to person number #2, so on, so on. But of course that's gonna be hella expensive for you. I suggested that we make it go like in a circle? Like it tours America, then England, you know so some people are just posting in their country making it a lot cheaper. I'd say posting from here to the U.S is like $10, when getting it to England is like cents..Anyways, before you should do that, I think everyone should prove them selves (somehow) So it's certain they won't be a bitch and steal the book. She just stopped contacting Lovette, so maybe we should give you personal details, like facebook. So if we steal it you attack our facebook profiles? I don't know :)

Yeah - I meant that it would go on a circle, but the postage will still be pricey.
But 'touring' sounds good.
