That dress is gorgeous! Go with simple black heels and clutch so it doesn't get to be too much. Although you could possibly do red accessories.

I thing I'm really going with simple black heels and a simple clutch !
And i love the idea of the red accessories.

I agree with the above, black heels is the best.

The dress is simply fantastic! I think that you could afford to go a little mad with the shoes/clutch, definately oversized clutch, perhaps with a bow on for a more luxe feel and maybe suede shoes in a colour you like.

Great minds think alike, but Id you aren't able to obtain any red shoes or a red clutch, may I suggest a dramatic red lip with plain black pumps and a plain black clutch so it isn't overbearing. & NO accesories the embelishments on the dress are enough bling. So bare neck with no jewlery let the lipstick do the talking(pun not intended)
