despite that I'm sure no one could ever imagine trying to explain to someone irl about their new favorite band "ЭЗ3O|0/O\0|O~>", "†∆†", and of course, "▲▲▲\\\" (not to be confused with the other witch house band, ///▲▲▲\\\), what's your opinion on the growing sub-genre? it's been around for a fair amount of time now, and surprisingly only seems to expand and gain popularity.

also, I'm curious as to how you pronounce "▼□■□■□■"
is it inverted triangle, blank square, solid square, blank square, solid square, blank square, solid square? (i kid, i kid, i know they're called mourning star)

I don't know what to think of Witch house, hasn't it kind of been done before in the form of ambient goth & industrial trance?

pretty much, but hey this genre includes the ineffable triangle and cross!

it is indeed pretty gimmicky

I should make a genre that uses a Hyper-Sigil for its 'name'.

I already invented Cough-Core like 4 years ago.....hip hop beats made out of sampled coughing.

I listen to oOoOO, without regarding what genre they are/what witch house is.
I enjoy their stuff, but haven't really went farther as to listen to other bands of the same "genre".

I went to a witchhouse party in Berlin which didn't play any actually witchhouse and just played Bauhaus all night. Most disappointing.

Witchhouse is alright though, there's some interesting stuff coming out. I like White Ring and Salem. And I love pronouncing oOoOO in a camp voice.

I know how lame that can be, I went to this show called "Dubzilla" expecting to hear a bunch of dubstep and dub, I was terribly disappointed when the two DJ's there only played one short little dubstep song each and then spun fucking lame shit-hop the rest of the night.

At least Bauhaus aren't the worst thing you listen to.
